Outline of the meeting

  • The 21st F2F meeting will be held at NAOJ. We will discuss both our latest achievements and our managements.
    • LOC: Yoichi Aso, Matteo Leonardi. LOC secretaries: Ohyama-san, Yoshizumi-san, Harada-san, and Sakamoto-san.

  • Registration page -- Registration page is open! Deadline is November 22 (Thur), 23:59 JST.

    • If you made registration twice, we will replace all of your information from the previous one.
  • Announcements were sent out [kagra 02458] (Oct 12), [kagra 02462] (Oct 13)
  • Graduate students who will submit thesis (Master thesis/Doctoral thesis) by March 2019 are supposed to make thesis presentations (both oral and poster) in this meeting.
  • Satellite meeting on R&D will be held at NAOJ, Mitaka on December 4. Registration will be made separately.

  • Satellite meeting on Data Analysis will be held at ICRR, Kashiwa on December 7. Registration will be made separately. See Wiki for details.

  • This is a closed meeting of the KAGRA collaboration.
    • If you are a member of the KAGRA collaboration and have recently moved to a new place: Contact the KSC board. You will be requested to make an introduction of your new laboratory at the meeting.
    • If you want to join the KAGRA collaboration: Contact the KSC board. You are supposed to make a presentation on your proposal at the meeting.

      • as early as possible. Two will contact you to prepare necessary documents.

    • Please note that your can not apply for VISA only with the invitation letter. You have to submit special documents for VISA which are prepared by Japanese side.

Travel Support (oversea)

  • Core to Core program can support your local expense if you belong to the following countries' universities and institutes, in Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam or India. Firstly, please contact a cordinator of C2C in your country.
  • Cordinator's list is in http://www.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/gr/GWPOHPe/collabo-e.html.

Travel Support (domestic)

  • Core-to-Core also can support domestic travel expenses for several researchers who belong to institutes/universities in Japan and who will attend F2F@NAOJ and give presentations. Graduate students and postdoc researchers have priorities for support.
