* Satellite meeting on Data Analysis will be held at ICRR, Kashiwa on December 7. Registration will be made separately. See Wiki for details.

• This is a closed meeting of the KAGRA collaboration.
  • If you are a member of the KAGRA collaboration and have recently moved to a new place: Contact the KSC board. You will be requested to make an introduction of your new laboratory at the meeting.
  • If you want to join the KAGRA collaboration: Contact the KSC board. You are supposed to make a presentation on your proposal at the meeting.

Visas and/or invitation letters

You can find the detailed procedure to apply for a visa at the web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Note that you can not apply for the visa with only invitation letters; for the visa application, you have to submit special documents that are prepared by Japanese side. If you need a visa to enter Japan, please fill one of the following documents (Word,PDF), and send it as soon as possible (the earlier the better) or by strictly the end of October, 2019 (JST) to Masafumi Kurachi,

Our Core-to-Core (C2C) program can support your local expenses if you belong to universities/institutes in the following countries: Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, or India. Firstly, please contact to a coordinator of the C2C program in your country.

Domestic

The C2C program can also support domestic travel expenses for several KAGRA collaborators who belong to institutes/universities in Japan and who will attend the f2f meeting to have one or more presentations. Graduate students and postdoc researchers have priorities for this support.
