- Misaligned at IFI was confirmed by flashing of MC. It means that PSL or something might be misaligned.
- After pump down we will align to IFI by two steering mirror.
- ETMX f0 cannot be moved by measuring TF, but spectrum of any stage looked fine. We will check inside chamber for machaniTMa lot. It seems like a motion of steps by several times, like a motion of stepping motor.
