Daily meeting
- Date and time: Every weekday, 1PM
- ~10min, as short as possible
- Location: Control room and Fan hut connected by eZuce

- PSL for high-power laser will finish by 8/31 and they provides the high power laser to the interferometer.
- Out put of PSL will be few Watts.
- Safety for the high power laser should be announced.
- Actual night work will start 9/3 (9/1, 9/2 are weekends).
- We will have a daily meeting on 9/3 that is the first day of night work managed by Izumi.
- Furuta-san will attend this meeting every day to tell the laser hazard for Engineers.
- One Car (Serena) will be assigned to commissioning work.

Transition from morning work (*:responsible person)
- Alignment of IFI dose not point center of IMMT1. It goes to 1.5cm right of IMMT1. It seems to have no clip at IMMT1.
- We should discuss that we move IMMT1.
