Minute of KAGRA commissioning meeting

Attendance: Miyakawa, Stefan, Aso, Nakano, Enomoto, Kozakai, Miyo, Yokozawa, Darkhan, Sugimoto, Yamada, Ushiba, Tomura
Zoom: Miyoki, Eleonora, Takahashi, Ryujin Kwak, Sawada, Oshino, Yamamoto, Hiro, Fujii, Uchiyama, Suzuki

X arm will be used.
- We ask the status of calibration.
- We can prepare script, but X arm is stable for several hours at least without Gardian.
- Initial alignment scripts are necessary as soon as possible.
Data is already sent to LIGO/Virgo, but sensitivity is not enough to analyze together.
Trigger of observation mode is ready.
Some log book will be prepared.
We have summary meeting at 7/1 as an extended chief meeting.
- We should decide when the next E Run is, just looking at results of first E Run.
