Stage name and term.

What we need;
- IOO
  - Schedule
  - Human resources
    - Mateo, Eleonora
- X arm
  - Item list, what is prepared. when, who
  - Schedule for preparation.
  - Schedule for commissioning.
  - ITMX
    - Status.
  - ETMX
    - measurement for room temp. ~6/14, Cooled ~end of August
    - How much angle fluctuation is acceptable?
    - Oplev legs should be more stable ones.

3. mailing list

Shall we reset all the registers address?
- We will keep the registers members for a while, for example the end of Phase 2.

4. Meeting

Once commissioning is going on, we should talk more detail commissioning things.
