Minute of KAGRA commissioning meeting

Schedule
- Y arm alignment starts after NAB installation on the week of 11/26, with IR laser only.
- X arm lock
- 2hours lock was lost not by instability of VIS, by something but we are not sure.
- IR flashes could be seen with CARM lock, but it is not sure it was TEM00. We could know FSR of cavity by the measurement.
- Laser, PSL, IOO report
- At least more than 15W can be provided into the IFO!
- 20% of loss of 30% can be explained by lossy 4 mirrors.
- Report the incident to the Safety office.
- DGS
- Scheduling for maintenance time on Wednesday morning.
- DAQ, k1iy1, k1ioo, k1imc0, k1lsc will be stopped.
