KSC Remote Meetings

KSC telecon is for all KAGRA collaborators (not only for KSC members). It is organized when we have important issues to decide. Normally, the final vote will be made at a face-to-face meeting, but this telecon is supposed to be a chance to explain the contents in advance and collect opinions from collaborators.
