Lock FPMI ( "Commissioning.DOC" -> "LSC_Lock" and select "FPMI_LSC_Locked".)
Automatically, the tight lock of MICH will be realized by "FPMI_LSC_Locked".
- Check the DARM dark fring image.
Align ITMY P/Y by sliders to minimize dark fringe outpout.("Guardian Overview" -> "ALL VIS" -> CRY-P in ITMY" -> "SETPOINT" -> "slide bar")
Y arm auto-alignment will keep good FPY condition.
