    • Change all rubbers inside bellows with harder rubbers.
      • Preparation of rubbers and some parts for replacement (R.Takahashi-san)
    • Change all thick head bolts to thin head bolts

    • Questions
      • The optical table surface height can be set at the same level as before?

        • --> Just adjust the optical table height adjuster bolts?

      • The whole optics will rotate as a whole compared with before?

        • --> It can happen because the previous sit-on situation cannot always be realized again after each stack weight masses can be separated with each other. If so, all optical axis should be adjusted again in the OMC area?

      • Bellows duct with TMP should be removed for the final adjustment?
        • If so, it needs temporal stocking space as before.
