  - OMMT1: We found two stains near the center of the OMMT1. -> Blowing the ion-gun did not remove them. So we applied the FC, but the stains persisted. They look similar to the stains on the PR mirrors, which could not be removed with FC nor pure-water. So we gave up removing the stains.

      - Suspending Jig:
        (木村)中央2Ｆ防振室の前に仮保管されているφ980のアルミ板（t=40）の改造を提案されています。必要な穴開け加工と洗浄を黒部市のカナヤママシナリーに追加工依頼することになるかと。
        (木村)真空槽から定盤を抜き出す際はクレーン揚程の関係で円盤中心の一点吊りになります。一点吊りの状態で定盤荷重のバランスを取るのが難しいため、クレーンのフックと円盤を3点吊りでバランス調整し、一端定盤から円盤を外して円盤を一点吊りに変更する作業が入ります。
        (木村)質問1
        OMC Stack 3.pdfの2頁のRecovery Planの3)で低頭ボルトの使用を提案されています。低頭ボルト SVSHS-M6の最大締め付けトルクですが、同じ素材の超低頭ボルトと同じとすると5.3Nmになります。

        一方、ICF-70の規格上の締め付けトルクは7~10 Nmです。締め付け不足による内部からの真空槽への漏洩が懸念されます。この点、いかがでしょうか？
        (高橋)答：私もこの六角穴付き低頭ボルトだと、トルクがかけられないのではないかと懸念しておりました。モノタロウに通常の低頭六角ボルトがありますが、最大締め付けトルクがわかりません。アルミガスケットを使うという手もあります。
        (木村)
        添付の説明図をご覧ください。説明図.pdf SUSブロックを重ねる前でも通常の8Dラチェットヘッドだと干渉（C=23 > 10.35) してボルトの締め付けに使うことができません。（ICF70の締め付けは8Dヘッドのトルクレンチ（トルク調整範囲2~10 Nm)を使用しています。8Dヘッドのトルクレンチ（トルク調整範囲1~5 Nm)でもC=15なので干渉します。）HH8DヘッドでもC=12なのでこちらも斜め差しで締め付けになります。ボールポイントのヘキサゴンビットにすれば逃げれると思いますが実際の作業で均等に締め付けが可能か検討が必要と思います。（六角穴なので斜め差しで穴の締め付けで穴が潰れるのが怖い。）
        A2-50の強度区分だと6.3 Nmぐらいですが保証値でないと思います。A2-70のボルトか強度区分A-4の316L系ボルトが欲しいです。アルミガスケットは有りだと思います。いずれにせよ現物での作業性確認が必要だと思います。
        (高橋)：説明ありがとうございます。理解しました。通常のアレンキーと汎用トルクレンチ(スパナの柄をつかむタイプ)の組み合わせでできるかもしれません。いずれにしましても検証が必要なので、プロトタイプのSUSブロックとベローズを使った試験を考えたいと思います。
        (木村)質問2：
        OMC Stack 2.pdfの3頁の図を見るとラチェット式のトルクレンチのヘッドが干渉するように見えます。内部からの真空槽への漏洩を防ぐため均等に締め付ける必要が有ると思います。この点、確認されましたでしょうか？
        (高橋)答：ベローズのフランジのボルト締めはSUSブロックを重ねる前に行うので干渉はないと思います。
        (木村)質問3：内部からの真空槽への漏洩を確認するため、試験用真空槽を使用した漏れ試験が必要と思います。この点、いかがでしょうか？
        (高橋)答：時間がかかりますが、今回はベローズを3つ取り付けた状態のSUSブロックを一個ずつ漏れ試験することになると思います。
        (木村)：気になっている点として、スタックと定盤のハメ合交差です。スタックと定盤のハメ合点が競っていると定盤を垂直に抜くことが難しくなります。定盤が簡単に抜けると仮定してよろしいでしょうか？今回は定盤に構造物を残したまま持ち上げる計画なのでスタックと定盤のハメ合点が競っているとバランスを崩して危険です。また、定盤のバランスを調整するため、ウエイトを用意して荷重調整を行うと聞いています。このウエイト調整にも関係してきます。確認いただくようお願いします。
        (高橋)：定盤(Breadboard)とSUSブロックとの接合部分を示す図を添付します。この部分の接合はM24スタッドボルトで高さを調整した後、M10のキャップスクリューで固定します。定盤を持ち上げるときは、まずこのキャップスクリューを抜きます。この部分はハメ合いではないので垂直に抜くのに不都合はないと思います。Height adjustment.pdf
        (木村)：定盤の吊り上げ作業ですが、大まかには下記手順になることを想定しています。以下の手順でよろしければ、現在の定盤のCAD上での重心の確認と一点吊りのためのバランス調整用重りを準備する必要が有ります．現在の重心並びにバランス調整用重り準備等をお願いできませんでしょうか？
        1．円盤上吊り具とクレーンフックは3点吊りとし、内2点はチェーンブロックとする。（バランス調整に使用）円盤上にチェーンブロックを配置することでチェーンブロック使用時の埃が定盤に落下するのを避ける。定盤荷重の推定値が500 kgなのでクリーン対応の500kg吊りチェーンブロック2台を使用。
        2．円盤上吊り具と定盤は4点吊りとする。吊り具長さは固定（スリング0.75 m+シャックル2個＋M16アイボルト2個=~1 m）
        3. 1〜2の状態で定盤を僅かに吊り上げ、チェーンブロックと定盤上に仮設置するバランス調整用重りで平衡を取る。
        4．バランスを取った定盤を一端下げ、クレーンフックの吊り具を3点吊りから一点吊りに変更
        5．この状態で定盤を吊り上げる
