- slight stain-like material on a mirror for GR.
- Some metal-like dusts found at the bottom of the table structure (Fig. 3); we just wiped them.

beam path: impossible to check at the wide beam position -> GR was checked -> OK.
clipping (beam position on mirrors) at the output optics? -> Ok in-vac, but clipped at the in-air steering mirror position.

Beam positions on mirrors and PDs/QPDs: In the case of GR, clipping was found(https://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=30145) and adjusted -> OK, Others were adjusted.

- FFU operation status check: All are operated.
- closing tube status check between EYT and TMSY table: closed properly ??
