 * Provides accurate time information to all the stations in the LCGT.
 * The system provides 2^N Hz clock signals synchronized with the GPS seconds.
 * The system also distributes the absolute time information to the DAQ hardwares so that
each sample recorded will be unambiguously associated with an absolute GPS second.
