LCGT Timing System
The LCGT timing system will be a dead copy of the advanced LIGO timing system 
Functions
- Provides accurate time information to all the stations in the LCGT.
- The system provides 2^N Hz clock signals synchronized with the GPS seconds.
- The system also distributes the absolute time information to the DAQ hardwares so that
each sample recorded will be unambiguously associated with an absolute GPS second.
