KAGRA VIS Operations Manual - SUMCON

SUMCON is a Mathematica program by Takinori Sekiguchi to build dynamical models of suspensions. See JGW-T1503729 and JGW-G1605034.

It uses a calculation approach borrowed from Mark Barton's Pendutil toolkit LIGO-T020205, but has been rewritten from scratch and has a much nicer user interface.
