Vibration Isolation System (VIS)

Subsystem Definition

This subsystem makes vibration isolation for all optics used in KAGRA.
Requirement of displacement of the test mass mirrors must be less than 4x10^-20m/rtHz at 10Hz. RMS motion must be less than 0.1 um as displacement and 0.1 um/s as velocity. （please note that it is old information）
