==== Plan for coming weeks ==== At Kamioka (Mark, Fabian, Enzo, Hirata-san):
 * We disconnected the in-vacuum and in-air cabling from the feedthroughs.
 * We removed crossbars below BF and SF.
 * We set the SF damper to 4 mm clearance.
 * We adjusted the jacks to nominal height.
 * We removed the geophones and PI yaw stepper for craning.
 * We craned the suspension into the tank, and hooked the LBB Cu ring.
 * We replaced the geophones etc.
 * We unlocked all but the IP and adjusted the jacks until the pendulum was centered in the security structure.
 * We unlocked the IP and adjusted to to center with the jacks and fishing rods.
 * We craned the vacuum tank lid+ring back on, and then removed just the lid (only).
 * We unclamped the LBB damper rings and removed the spacers.
 * We removed the blocks and shims supporting the LBB, inserted the long screw feet and hooked the LBB to the Cu damper ring.
 * We added 2*31.5 kg of ballast to the LBB, which got the blades to the point where firm pressure would depress the tips.
 * We reconnected the in-vacuum cabling. In ≈15 places we opted to omit the Type 1 cable and use a F-F gender bender.
 * We reconnected all but four of the in-air cables.

==== Plan for week of 6/26 ====
Mark and Enzo at Kamioka:
 * Double-check where gender-benders were used.
 * Finish connecting in-air cabling.
 * Debug all cabling.
 * Work with Simon to set up LSOL.
Fabian at Mitaka:
 * Design final ballast masses for IM, BF and SF assuming no BF rebuild (needs to be adaptable).
 * Check all items for BS flag/prism gluing are available (prisms, flags, jigs, mirror box, glue, scale, mixing tools etc).
Hirata-san at Mitaka:
 * Do new 3D CAD:
  * BS Test Hang build, with top of tank, full suspension, and LBB damper all reversed.
  * Final BS build, as above, but with everything BF down rotated back to original.
   * In-tank version.
   * On-assembly-frame version. (Adjust jack positions if possible, or leave for Mark to do.)
  * SR2 on BS assembly frame. (Adjust jack positions if possible, or leave for Mark to do.)

Progress report

Schedule Chart : (PDF,MPP)

  • Type-A: A week delay in Y-End. On schedule for X-End but the X-End schedule need to be shortened.
  • Type-B: Updating the real BS installation schedule.
  • Type-Bp: 2 weeks delay by the gluing problem, but progressed other works scheduled later.

Type-A (Takahashi)

Past week report

Installation in Y-end/X-end:

20th(Tue)

  • Recovered from the power outage.
  • Opend the chamber.
  • Tuned the TF by changing the compression of blades again.
  • Disassembled the bridge frame.

21th(Wed)

  • Continued the tuning of TF to 0.2Hz.
  • Released the IP and adjusted the tilt of the IP base.
  • Checked the FR for TF. The FR was not working.
  • Made the cables for ACC.
  • Transported some items from the Y-end to the X-end.

22th(Thu)

Y-end

  • Tuned the IP roughly. The frequency is 80mHz.
  • Adujusted the centering of IP by the tilt of IP base and the motor sliders.
  • Started cabling from the TF to the feedthroughs.

X-end

  • Cleaned the floor.
  • Covered the floor by SUS sheets.

Plan for coming weeks

  • Setting of the BF damper.
  • Cabling to the feedthroughs.
  • Setting of the ACCs.
  • Preparatioin in X-end.

Type-Bp (Shoda)

Past week report

  • The wire breaker still refused to be attached.
    • We tried two more times (on Tuesday and Wednesday). The 2nd wire breaker was attached. But the 1st wire breaker still have not been glued.
    • We tried gluing again today at IYC clean booth.
  • The temperature change by 3 degrees during the power outage, which corresponds to about 2 mm height change per 1 GAS filter. And the temperature seems to change more if the power is not turned on for longer time.
  • PRM optical bench intermediate ring and damper ring are prepared and set inside the PRM chamber.
  • PRM cabling is almost ready at outside the clean booth.
  • BIO system is implemented into the PR3 model, but we need help of Kokeyama-san or Miyakawa-san in order to increase the BIO card more than 10.

Plan for coming weeks

  • Please glued. Then mirror hanging.

IMMT (Ohishi)

Past week report

Discussion

Type-A

  • The immovable FR on the TF will be fixed after the CRY test hanging is finished.
  • X-End schedule is too tight. We need to find ways to expedite the schedule. Takahashi and Aso will discuss it in the next week.

Type-B

  • We want to do the gluing work of the real BS in the week of July 3rd.
  • We need a Pelican box for the transportation of BS.
    • Will check the size of the existing Pelican box to see if the BS mirror box fits in.
  • Mark will talk to Hirose-san about the gluing schedule and the Pelican box issue.

Type-Bp

  • The schedule is delayed by the gluing problem.
    • Aso will check the impact of this to the commissioning schedule

Cable purchase

  • Type-B wants to use much shorter cables to connect from the suspension to the flange.
    • Will talk to Sato-san after the meeting.
