1.Assembling Pre-isolator
We prepared for pre-isolator installation.
- Magnetic damper ring was placed on F1.
- EQ-Stop structure was extended to the top ring.
- We installed bridge frame on the scaffoldings.
- We combined IP and TF.
We replaced the top filter blades.
- In order to replace the blades,we removed all blades from TF.
- We bent 6 new blades and attached it to the Top Filter.
We attached the following equipment to the PI.
- Connectors, Auxiliary blade (for F1 FR), Fishing Rod for TF. But FR was not completed due to lack of parts (Parts should be present but not found.)
2.Installing Pre-isolator
- We put the pre-isolator on the bridge frame and hanged F1 or less.
Result of hanging F1 or less
- Height of TF keystone: 1mm
- Height of F1 from EQ-plate: 67.5, 79, 80
- Distance between bottom of IP and Top-ring: 5mm (initial 8mm)
TF is able to lift F1 or less.
3.Calibration of the LVDTs for BF damper.
