Test was done. Limit switch works normally. (200Mbyte)
- But the movement of the switch lever has periodic fluctuations. The cause will be investigated.

- Measured the TF of the combiner itself and the TF from the actuator coil to the output of demodulator (AD630) with the low-pass filter.
- Found an excess around 20Hz in the demodulator output.
