Height adjustment during the cooling (Summary).

- Active isolation table for OMC.
- ATC is checking the design of the TMS isolator. The cost of replacing the bellows legs was 2.9MYen. The fitting condition will be checked by the end of Nov.

- Replacement of the stack with an active isolation.
