December 4th : the satellite meeting "How can we improve the sensitivity of KAGRA"
Place: H118, Main Building, Oh-okayama Campus
Advanced R&D group is planning to have an informal meeting to discuss how we can improve the sensitivity of KAGRA in the near future. Please check the box "December 4th" in the registration page if you like to join this satellite meeting. The room we booked is for 20 people maximum but we will find a larger room if more people are interested in this meeting.
Access
Oh-okayama Campus is located in front of the Oh-okayama station of Tokyu-Meguro and Tokyu-Oimachi lines. (Tokyu lines are not JR lines).
- From Tokyo, one can take Yamanote Line to Meguro and then take the Tokyu Meguro Line to Oh-okayama.
- You can also take Tokyu Ikegami Line from Gotanta, get off at Ishikawadai station, and walk for 10 min to reach the Oh-okayama campus.
- From the Tokyo Haneda airport, one can take Keikyu Line to Shinagawa, Yamanote Line to Meguro, and then Tokyu Meguro Line to Oh-okayama.
- From the Tokyo Narita airport, one can take Narita Express to Musashi-Kosugi, and then take Tokyu Meguro Line to Oh-okayama.
Accommodation
Please book a hotel by yourself. Note that there is no hotel around the Oh-okayama station. We recommend you to search hotels near, for example, Ohimachi station, Kamata station, or Gotanda station. Some example hotels are shown below.
