Registration
Registration page -- Registration page is open! Deadline is November 26 (Tue), 23:59 JST.
- If you made registration twice, we will replace all of your information from the previous one.
- We will organize the meeting dinner on December 4. The fee is 1500 JPY for a participant (4000 JPY for an accompanied person).
Visas and/or invitation letters
You can find the detailed procedure to apply for a visa at the web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Note that you can not apply for the visa with only invitation letters; for the visa application, you have to submit special documents that are prepared by Japanese side. If you need a visa to enter Japan, please fill one of the following documents (Word,PDF; these are updated since the last f2f meeting), and send it as soon as possible (the earlier the better) or by strictly the end of October, 2019 (JST) to Masafumi Kurachi,

International travel
Our Core-to-Core (C2C) program can support your local expenses if you belong to universities/institutes in the following countries: Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, or India. Firstly, please contact to a coordinator of the C2C program in your country.

Domestic travel
It might be possible that ICRR would support domestic travel expenses for students and/or post-doctoral researchers who will have one or more poster/oral presentations at the f2f meeting, in case their universities or institutes could not provide their travel expenses; please consult with the secretary's office of ICRR-GW,

Access
The nearest bus stop to the venue is the Todai Konai (next to the Building #5 of the Hongo Campus map). You may take a bus that leaves from the the Ueno Station bus stop or the Ochanomizu Station bus stop.

- Internet access is available via eduroam. We will also provide internet access service for visitors from institutions that do not participate in eduroam.

- Please book a room by yourself. Followings are hotels nearby the Hongo campus of the University of Tokyo.
Forest Hongo : Near to the Main Gate of U-Tokyo.
Hotel KIZAN-KAN : Near to the Akamon Gate (Red Gate) of U-Tokyo.
Hotel Tokyo Garden Palace : A little more luxurious than two hotels above, ~15min. from the venue on foot.
The other hotels around Ochanomizu, Ueno, Korakuen areas, which are within walking distance (<30min) from the venue.
