Registration

Visas and/or invitation letters

You can find the detailed procedure to apply for a visa at the web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Note that you can not apply for the visa with only invitation letters; for the visa application, you have to submit special documents that are prepared by Japanese side. If you need a visa to enter Japan, please fill one of the following documents (Word,PDF; these are updated since the last f2f meeting), and send it as soon as possible (the earlier the better) or by strictly the end of October, 2019 (JST) to Masafumi Kurachi,

If you don’t need a visa, but you need only an invitation letter, please send an email to the KSC board chair,

Travel support

International travel

Our Core-to-Core (C2C) program can support your local expenses if you belong to universities/institutes in the following countries: Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, or India. Firstly, please contact to a coordinator of the C2C program in your country.

Domestic travel

It might be possible that ICRR would support domestic travel expenses for students and/or post-doctoral researchers who will have one or more poster/oral presentations at the f2f meeting, in case their universities or institutes could not provide their travel expenses; please consult with the secretary's office of ICRR-GW,

If you are a student, firstly please consult with your supervisor, and then ask the supervisor to contact the secretary's office of ICRR-GW from the supervisor.
