  • Graduate students who will submit thesis (Master thesis/Doctoral thesis) by March 2020 are supposed to make thesis presentations (both oral and poster) in this meeting.

  • This is a closed meeting of the KAGRA collaboration.
    • If you are a member of the KAGRA collaboration and have recently moved to a new place: Contact the KSC board. You will be requested to make an introduction of your new laboratory at the meeting.

Note that you can not apply for the visa with only invitation letters; for the visa application, you have to submit special documents that are prepared by Japanese side.
