General Description
- At the viewports, we can extract optical beams from the interferometer placed inside the vacuum chambers. The optical beams would be utilized for length and alignment sensing and control scheme, optical levers for suspensions, and other monitoring devices (CCD or equivalent video cameras).
- For example, the viewport would be equipped with
- AR coating for 1064 nm and 532 nm
