C2C travel support for attending LVK collaboration meeting at Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, USA (March 16-19, 2020). Entry to Miyoki-san by the end of November.
Face-to-Face meeting (24th, RESCEU, U Tokyo, December 2019) matters:
- Registration by November 26.
- Visa document request by November 1.
For all group leaders or groups representatives, list of O3-Shift candidates (in order to arrange the shift duties in advance) is requested. Upload file with the above KAGRA collaboration MoU (No.5 above).
