Measured all the measurable DOFs using OSEM and OpLev.
- Found that a HPF exists in the satellite box
- Will do the calibration next (Shoda)
- Mirror position confirmation (Shoda)
- Used two measurement methods: a 3D arm and a surveying instrument
- The mirror is off from the center of the chamber by 2mm (roughly consistent results were obtained from the two measurement methods)
- The original position of the traverser may have been wrong
The real problem seems to be the fact that we could not move the traverser more than 1cm -> Uraguchi-san will come to fix this problem

- LVDT distributor problem
- Connector for the coil driver input is D9 whereas the output from the HP coil driver is D15.
Will discuss with AEL for the permanent solution at the next AEL meeting (1/12)
The frame for the clean bag is bent. We cannot remove the nut. Probably we need to cut the rod once we take the suspension out of the chamber. Need to prepare a replacement rod (Aso)

- Temporary clean booth was moved to the BS area.
- Two stainless steel cabinets arrived
- The clean booth company came to tighten the frames of the clean booth. They may have generated dusts. Need cleaning.

- BF Optimal Weight (Takahashi)
- Check the optimal load for the ETM BFs at the ATC (Hirata)
#4 BF: 52.8kg (old) -> 52.7kg (New) without fishing rod
#3 BF: 51.2kg (old) -> 53.2kg (New) without fishing rod
- The above two have inscription of the ID number.
- Inscription of the number on the BF #2 and BS BF should be done before the transportation to Kamioka on Thursday. Will ask Saito-san of ATC for his availability (Takahashi)
- Balast mass design: Will ask for quotation to companies now (Hirata)
- Check the optimal load for the ETM BFs at the ATC (Hirata)
- Traverser actuation check (Shoda)
- Traverser stop mechanism
- Parts were sent to Kamioka.

- PR3: 0.786deg counter clockwise from the line connecting the centers of the PR3 and BS chambers.

Some questions were raised by the VIS team. Mark will report them to Hirose-san.
SUS wire breaker order status (Takahashi) -> Expected delivery date is 1/22. Waiting for more concrete answer from the company.
- For BS prisms, should we ask the company which made LIGO prisms ?
Contact the company LIGO used for the possibility of buying sapphire prisms (Mark)
Compare the size of the prisms of LIGO and KAGRA -> 5mm tall, roughly the same as KAGRA BS.
Can we make SR wire breakers bigger ? Check with the CAD model (Hirata)

What to do with the dirty RMs ?: Check with ATC if re-polishing the rough surface is possible or not (Takahashi) -> It is possible but machining will eat 0.5mm.
- For PR3, we will use the RM prepared for PR2, which is clean.
Ask Fukushima-san if machining the slit part is possible or not (Takahashi)

- People should share ideas whenever they come up with missing thigns.

Signal generators for LVDTs (Aso) -> Ordered. Will be delivered very soon.
Serial-Ethernet converter: 7 more (Shoda) -> Ishizaki-san ordered them. Delivery 1/14.
Traverser motor driver (Shoda) -> Will discuss Uraguchi-san. Need a box for stepping motor driver. -> These are for PR2. Will be ordered sometime.
Turn backles (bigger and eye). Smaller shackles. (Aso) -> Ishizaki-san ordered. Delivery may be 1/18
- How to put the PR3 suspension back to the assembly frame ?
- Align the EQ stop ring for IM to the hanging frame.

- How to manufacture the long maraging wires ?
- One prototype was machined by Ojima
Aoshima can do the heat treatment for the long rod. Will ask them soon (Takahashi) -> Still waiting for a quotation.
- How to test it ?
- We can use the prototype assembly frame in TAMA.
- Safety at the site (Takahashi, Ishizaki)
- The heavy side flange was difficult to put it back.
