PR3 Installation Status (Takahashi)
- Wire breaker groove problem
  - Wrong surface was glued on the mirror side. So no groove is present where the wires touch.
  - Put alminum foil between the prism and the wires
- Current status (http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=756)
  - IM and the bottom filter is connected.
  - Adjusting the weight of the IM
- #Traverser repair: Repair of the broken ones at Mitaka -> Uraguchi-san is working on it.
- #Screws to fix the front and back rings the RM were too long, or the tapping in the holes were too short. Couldn't use M5x40. Ordered M5x35 with vent holes. -> Delivered. Remember to replace them
The frame for the clean bag is bent.
- Reinformcement design by Mirapro
- Tell Mirapro to go ahead (Aso)
- Mirapro will come on 22nd to make changes.
Crane will be not available on 2/25 for the crane upgrade to remote control. We need to coordinate with Uchiyama-san if we want to do the vacuum installation on 25th.

Coil winding (Takahashi)
- Made 13 coils in total.
- Need to send 3 bobins to the coil winding company

Other Mechanical Issues

Rotation angle of the PR3 mirror
- 0.786deg counter clockwise from the line connecting the centers of the PR3 and BS chambers.
- 0.619deg counter clockwise with respect to the chamber (schematic)
  - Currently the mirror is rotated by 0.65deg (measured at the time of the test hanging).
  - This is well within the actuation range of the traverser. -> Will not make any further adjustment.

- Now in the ATC clean room.

- Mark: detailed schematics nearly ready to post - D1503615 (full PR3), D1604795 (iKAGRA PR3)
- Mark: started overview schematic diagram,
Need to make Guradian script for PR3. Shoda + Fujii and Okutomi will write one after the mechanical installation is finished.

#LVDT distributor connector problem
- Miyakawa-san circulated a design of the conversion cable (D9-D15): drawing

- Need to send more PTFE cable to finish the remaining two -> Will do it in the next week
- Need to send the cables used for the test hanging once it is finished. -> Will send them once the test hanging is disassembled.

- Liu-kun Zhao-kun finished checking all the cables. They found another broken cable.
- Will send the broken cables together with the other cable related items (Takahashi).

bKAGRA preparation

Three big categories of the tasks
- Type-A: Leader = Takahashi: Task list, team members
- Type-B (BS and SRC): Leader = Mark: Task list, team members

BS prism preparation (Mark)
- 5mm prism drawing
- Confirmed with Hirata-san that BS can use same 5 mm prism as SR (grooves, wire clearance all OK).
- Confirmed with Tatsumi-san that not a big deal to use smaller BS prism as long as secondary position not changed.
- Submitted 5 mm prism drawing to company that did LIGO HSTS prism (except grooves), waiting on response.
- Second company that did LIGO groove cutting not interested in quoting - exploring other US companies.
- Should contact Shinko-sha again (Takahashi)
Can we make SR wire breakers bigger ?
- Check what happens if we widen the slit by 3.75mm and make a new M5 (Hirata) -> Result
  - Two concerns
    - The rework may bend the wing shaped parts.
    - The P.C.D. of the new screw holes may not coincide exactly with the other existing holes
  - Consult with Fukushima-san again. Takahashi will contact Fukushima-san
  - Do we need to widen the slits for PRC RMs ? -> Depends on how difficult it is to rework the RM.
  - Wider cuts will break the horizontal balance. Need to check how much compensation mass is reduced (Hirata) -> 2mm reduction will be necessary. We can do this.
Flag design (Mark)
- Shorter flag is desirable ?
- Mark will sort out the ideas and organize a specialized meeting.-> will present an updated version in the next meeting.
IP base clamp (Fabian): Picture -> Reduce the number of clamps-> Hirata-san finished 2D drawings. Trying to get quotation now.
Bread board spring (Takahashi): Hirata-san is getting quotations.

#Type-A Filters Optimal Load Measurements
- #Takahashi will make a plan for the optimal load check and ask ATC.-> Check two filters per month from April 2016. -> Will be presented to the ATC steering committee.
- #How to manufacture the long maraging wires ?
  - One prototype was machined by Ojima
  - Aoshima can do the heat treatment for the long rod. Will ask them soon (Takahashi) -> Still waiting for a quotation.
  - How to test it ?
    - We can use the prototype assembly frame in TAMA.

Type-Bp modification

PRM traverser
- Postpone the production to the next FY until we know the details of the modification.
- Tell Uraguchi-san about the above plan (Takahashi) -> done
