Recovery of OMC Stack

• Implementation

  • The wire was cut when we locked the IM in the OSTM suspension.
  • The mirror has been rotated when we rehung it in the OSTM suspension.
  • There was no margin to adjust the height of the optical bench.
  • There was a miscommunication on the attachment of the black panels.
  • Considering the actual access, the OMMT1 suspension was too heavy to install from the Y+ side.
  • The guide rod was bent and the M6 thread was damaged.
  • One screw to fix the EQ stopper plate was lost.
  • In-vacuum cables were not anchored to the SUS blocks owing to the short ones.
  • The roof doors were connected to each other.
  • The spare geophone did not work.
  • The frame with the C-cramps damaged the O-ring.
