Mirror replacement: The mirror holder was checked (klog). New mirror and Fast contact are in Aso-san's office.
- IRM damper: The assembled parts have been delivered to Kamioka.
FLDACC: The folded pendulums have been tuned. The assembled ACCs have been shipped to Kamioka.

- Preparing for the boxes with a 1U rack panel.

- Active isolation table for OMC.
- Sato-san started prototyping of the maraging blades.
