Outline of the meeting
- The 21st F2F meeting will be held at NAOJ. We will discuss both our latest achievements and our managements.
- LOC: Yoichi Aso, Matteo Leonardi. LOC secretaries: Ohyama-san, Yoshizumi-san, Harada-san, and Sakamoto-san.
- Registration was closed. We have 103 participants.
- If you missed to register, please do so at the registration desk.
- The meeting fee is 500JPY for coffee and snack. We will collect the fee from all participants at the registration desk.
- Announcements were sent out [kagra 02458] (Oct 12), [kagra 02462] (Oct 13), [kagra 02493] (Nov 2)
- Graduate students who will submit thesis (Master thesis/Doctoral thesis) by March 2019 are supposed to make thesis presentations (both oral and poster) in this meeting.
Satellite meeting on R&D will be held at NAOJ, Mitaka on December 4. Registration will be made separately. See Wiki for details.

From Musashi-sakai station (JR Chuo-line) to NAOJ: by Bus (15min/220yen) -> From the South Exit of JR Musashi-sakai station, take Odakyu bus (91) at the No.3 bus stop and get off at "Tenmondai Mae" bus stop.
From Chofu station (Keio-line) to NAOJ: by Bus (15min/220yen for Odakyu Bus) -> From the North Exit of Chofu station, take Odakyu bus (91 and 51) at the No.11 bus stop, and get off at "Tenmondai Mae" bus stop.
From Chofu station (Keio-line) to NAOJ: by Bus (15min/210yen for Keio Bus)-> From the North Exit of Chofu station, take Keio bus (91) at the No.12 bus stop, and get off at "Tenmondai Mae" bus stop.
- Large seminar room (3201) in Subaru building (W1 in the campus map).
Campus access rule
Important: everyone must present at the campus guardhouse the Visitor Registration Form (English, Japanese) and an ID in order to receive the campus access card. We recommend to prepare the Visitor Registration Form filled and printed in advance (one for each day you access to the campus). As for reference person, please use either Yoichi Aso or Matteo Leonardi. For name of department please use Gravitational Wave Project Office.
- People that already have the access to NAOJ Mitaka campus and people that stay at Cosmos guesthouse are exempted from this procedure.

Please book a room by yourself. Here is some information about hotels near the (JR Chuo-line) Musashisakai Station and (Keio line) Chofu station.

It is allowed to eat your own food inside the Subaru building seminar room.
