Graduate students who will submit thesis (Master thesis/Doctoral thesis) by March 2020 are supposed to make thesis presentations (both oral and poster) in this meeting.
Satellite meeting on Data Analysis will be held on December 3. Talk registrations will be made separately.
- We will organize the meeting dinner on December 4. The fee is 1500 JPY for a participant (4000 JPY for an accompanied person).
- This is a closed meeting of the KAGRA collaboration.
- If you are a member of the KAGRA collaboration and have recently moved to a new place: Contact the KSC board. You will be requested to make an introduction of your new laboratory at the meeting.
- If you want to join the KAGRA collaboration: Contact the KSC board. You are supposed to make a presentation on your proposal at the meeting.

Access
- The nearest subway station is Todai-mae of Nanboku-line, Hongo-Sanchome of Marunouchi-line, or Nezu of Chiyoda-line. You can reach the venue around 5-7 minutes.
- You can walk from JR Ueno station in 20 minutes.
The nearest bus stop to the venue is the Todai Konai (next to the Building #5 of the Hongo Campus map). You may take a bus that leaves from the Ueno Station or the Ochanomizu Station bus stop.

Forest Hongo : Near to the Main Gate of U-Tokyo.
Hotel KIZAN-KAN : Near to the Akamon Gate (Red Gate) of U-Tokyo.
Hotel Tokyo Garden Palace : A little more luxurious than two hotels above, ~15min. from the venue on foot.
The other hotels around Ochanomizu, Ueno, Korakuen areas, which are within walking distance (<30min) from the venue.
