Vibration Isolation System (VIS)

Subsystem Definition

This subsystem makes vibration isolation for all optics used in KAGRA.
Displacement of the test mass mirrors must be less than 4x10-20m/Hz1/2 at 10Hz. RMS motion must be less than 0.1 um as displacement and 0.1 um/s as velocity.
