LVDTs
Be careful! The pin assignment in the Dsub shell or the signal phases would be different from the below for #1 and #2, as I needed to once detach the pins when I installed the LVDTs (Akutsu).
http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=5046: note: LVDT1's coil wires were broken.
http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=5106: note: LVDT6's coil wires were broken.
Polarity & Calibration Factor
- V: postive means that the LVDT outputs positive counts when TMS-VIS moves upward, and so the calibration factors are set.
- H: postive means that the LVDT outputs positive counts when TMS-VIS moves positive yaw (counter clock wise from top view), and so the calibration factors are set.

Actuator coils
Be careful! The pin assignment in the Dsub shell or the signal phases would be different from the below, as I needed to once detach the pins when I installed the coils (Akutsu).
- Tanioka-kun's efforts in 2017
Polarity & Calibration Factor
- V: postive means upward (TMS-VIS moves in upward by inputting positive value to the act coils from MEDM)
- H: positive means plus yaw (TMS-VIS moves in counter clock wise from top view by inputting positive value to the act coils from MEDM)

Unfortunately, the actuator coils serial#7, 8, and 9 were broken during the transportation from Mitaka to Xend; their serial number won't be used eternally.
