KAGRA VIS Operations Manual

This page is for collecting useful information about the KAGRA Vibration Isolation Subsystem. The hope is that it will evolve into a full-fledged Operations Manual similar to that for LIGO (see https://awiki.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLIGO/Suspensions/OpsManual - needs LIGO.ORG privileges; see also https://dcc.ligo.org/E1200633).
