  • Vacuum
    • Date of the pump down was postponed to 1/23(Tue.) due to the malfunction of yaw of ETMY.
  • IOO: *Kokeyama
    • 1WがMCに入った。
  • Alignment: *Izumi
    • ETMYのYawの挙動がおかしかったが、ピコモーターのチャンネル名のアサインの間違いだと判明。その後は問題なく動くようになった。
    • Baffle PDの径ではBSからのビームが取れないことが判明。Baffle PDを動かして、PDが真ん中になるように動かしたのち、BSからのビームが確認できた。
    • ETMYからの戻り光をリサージュで一晩降ったが見つかっていない。スリットを再び入れる予定。

  • Alignment: *Izumi
    • EYC, EYAの順にスリットを再び入れ、ETMYからの戻り光を確認する。
    • 11時頃まで作業のためにレーザーハザードは全域。11時から通常のIMMより手前に戻す。
  • 真空引きの最終判断は月曜日にする。
    • チェックリスト最終確認。
    • φ800フランジを閉める。
• Laser hazard: All area until 11AM, then changed to ipstream of IMM line. Hayakawa will change the border by 11AM.
