  • Vacuum
    • 朝の時点で昨日少しだけ引いた真空度は変わっていなかったため、簡易リークチェックはOK。
    • ETMYを真空に引きはじめた。
    • 真空度がMEDM上で見えないので、ビデオカメラを設置した。
  • Alignment
    • Yaw方向に数100uradのオーダーで動いている。
  • AEL: k1iy0への電源ケーブルを張った。

    • Turbo pumpを入れる予定。
