  • Alignment: *Izumi
    • EYC, EYAの順にスリットを再び入れ、ETMYからの戻り光を確認する。
    • 11時頃からレーザーハザードを全域に変更してアラインメント作業。
  • BS modelのテコ入れ: Izumi
• Laser hazard: 今日は午前はPSL、午後からIMM、夕方から夜間にかけて全域。
