Morning meeting

  • Alignment and Vibration Isolation: Izumi, Okutomi
    • Searching optimal position of IP of ETMY was successfully done. Stiffness is almost the same as what was measured in the air. But Q is still not so high. Still something lower stage might be hitting somewhere.
  • Mirror view by Team also moved by 6mm order! It means that the calibration can be wrong by 25 times.
  • The result of fine tuning showed 1mm off to -x direction.
• Vacuum: Kimura
  • Another leakage was found 1e-8 order (2 order of magnitude larger than other two). We leave it anyway and we will start cooling.

  • Cooling: Kimura, Suzuki, Yokozawa
    • We will start cooling around 11AM.
  • Alignment: Izumi, Miyakawa
    • Oplev of ETMY will be monitored at the control room, and misalignment will be restored remotely during the cooling.
  • WAB cooling test: Akutsu
    • Temperature monitors are being prepared.
    • Oplev is ready.
• Laser hazard: PSL. Green will be used all the day, then the center up to PR3 will be the hazard area.

  • IP drifted 2mm in the air, and another 2mm when pump down.
