• Issues
  • AOS: Temperature inside clean booth is higher than outside area. One of the view port mirror brought from ITMY area into clean booth was dewed.
  • DGS: k1boot was cleaned up. No filter can be updated yesterday because of a missing file. If there is something wrong, please let DGS group know.
