Morning meeting

• Date and time: Every weekday, 9AM

Report of work (*:responsible person)

• VAC: *Uchiyama, Kimura, Suzuki
  • 4-5 turbo pumps started.
    • Currently vacuum level is ~1e-4Pa.
    • Some leaks were found. Fixing leaks around BS can be fixed easily, but fixing leaks around MC is not so easy. In any case, we need vent again.
  • New control boxes for gate valve test were done.
    • Currently they work at local place, but they will be controlled remotely in the future.
  • Vacuum chamber of Y-direction of BS is inclined to the gate valve direction by factor of 2mm.
  • PR2 assembly frames will be removed soon.
  • Power cable was connected to the ground at the power panel and made a short to the ground.

• Alignment, ETMY: *Izumi
  • All alignment after pump down will be checked.
  • PR3 yaw had some drift during pump-down.
• Cal:
  • Calibration test using MC is planned on Wednesday.
• VAC: Kimura, Sawada
  • Door will be closed at 3/23.
  • EX PD will be removed simonteninaously.: *Yokozawa

Weekly

  • TMS alignment using green light at ETMY.
  • 3/21: Calibration test using MC.
  • 3/23: door between EXA and EXC will be removed.

  • Rough alignment of ETMX will be planed using IR.
  • 3/26 Pcal will start, and all the 1st floor of Y-end will be laser hazard area.
