Daily meeting

• Date and time: Every weekday, 9AM
• First ~10min in the morning meeting, as short as possible

  • 4/11: Exchange a broken LED for Photo sensor

  • Summary of work will last for a while in the morning meeting.
• April: Measurement of TF, payload diagonalization on ITMX
• End of April~: DRMI commissioning
• End of April~: Y arm commissioning
• ~End of May: FPMI commissioning

• IOO: iMC alignment (Kokeyama, Guiguo, June-gyu)

Weekend

Report of work

• DC position IP of SR3 is still not good. It will be fixed this morning with IFO alignment.
• OSEM of PRM are fine now. PR2 and SR2 will be tuned today.

• PR3 was kicked again this morning -> alignment was fixed.

• Yaw of BS should be offloaded this morning.

Work plan

1. alignment, BS offload.
2. OSEM for PR2.
3. OSEM for SR2.
4. No maintenance due to above works.
